[About product packaging]
To prevent damage during transport, products are packaged in either plastic cases or EPE (expanded polyethylene).
We do not accept returns, refunds, or reshipments for packaging materials such as plastic cases that are damaged during shipping.

[Shipping time]
We usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your order (or payment if paying by bank transfer).
*For made-to-order products, the shipping date will be extended.
Depending on the order status, it may take some time to ship, and delivery may be delayed depending on the delivery area and traffic conditions.
